- We reserve the right to cancel a confirmed reservation for any reason.
- Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. A valid government issued I.D. or passport is required with a credit card at time of check-in.
- We only accept bookings from non-local guests whose residence is outside the 30 mile radius of the property. Any guests whose residence is within 30 miles is considered local and will not be allowed to check in.
- If you have not received an email confirming your reservation within 24 hours of making your reservation, please contact us at 1(857)250-2785.
- Cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival date or a one-night stay will be charged to your credit card. Any changes (i.e. shortening of stay) to your reservation less than 72 hours prior to your arrival will be charged in the full amount of the original reservation.
- Payment is due upon check-in on the date of arrival.
- No smoking is permitted in the building. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 charge will be added to your invoice.
- Any type of loss or damage to items in the room or any public space will result in a charge that will be at the discretion of management.
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. A locker is provided in your room and a lock can be purchased at the front desk if you do not have one.
- We update rooms on a regular basis; therefore, a picture of a room may not be exact.
